Joey Gase made his Sprint Cup Series debut on Sunday, September 14, bringing home a 37th place finish in the MyAFibStory.com 400 at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois. Gase started the race 43rd and steadily moved up through the pack in his first-ever Sprint Cup Series race. Gase drove the Go Green Racing #32 Ford Fusion in the race. He was supported by primary sponsor Zimmer ForeverHip.com and Associate Sponsors Tri State Tower, Inc, Car Care Collision Center, and JT Concrete Inc.
Brad Keselowski won the race which marked the beginning of the Chase for the Sprint Cup Championship.

The Sprint Cup race capped a busy weekend for Gase, who also ran in the Nationwide Series on Saturday, September 13. Gase had a tough day driving the Jimmy Means Racing #52 car in the Jimmy John’s Freaky Fast 300 at Chicagoland. Gase was forced off the track with engine issues after 71 laps. The Gase car was sponsored by Db SALES Company and Tri State Tower, Inc.
Despite the 35th place finish, Gase remains in the Top 20 in the Nationwide Driver standings. Jimmy Means Racing currently sits in 30th position in owner points.

Gase will be back on the track in the Nationwide Series this weekend in the VisitMyrtleBeach.com 300 from Kentucky Speedway. The race is set for a 2 p.m. eastern start and will be televised on ESPN.
